Sunday August 22,
Whirlpool Golf Course in Canada.

Tee times: 2:00PM for 18 holes with cart $57.00 Tee times: 4:00PM for 9 holes with cart $44.00 Dinner at the course club house overlooking the Niagara gorge. This one requires a passport or enhanced drivers license. If you don't have these you can get the drivers license in about 7 days. It will cost you an extra $40.00. Check with the DMV it was quick and easy. Some people have gone over and come back without, I hear, but you take the chance of having everyone in the car held up at the border. Car poolers should plan on having their ID available.

Friday August 27th
Diamond Hawk

Friday August 27th will be our only 9 and dine for August, due to scheduling conflicts.

Place: Diamond Hawk Golf, 255 Sonwil Drive Cheektawaga, NY 14225 Phone: 651-0700

Time: First tee off time @ 5:44PM and every 8 minutes after that. Men from the silver tees 2882yds (67.0/117) Women from the burgandy tees 2590yds (69.0/118)

We will play a shamble (everyone in the foursome hits from the longest drive and then hits their own ball after that). If you need this for your handicap then you may play your own ball. DOUBLE PAR AND THEN PICK UP!

Dinner in the club house after golf and we'll order off the menu.

For those of you who usually golf, please e mail Vicki or Marie and let us know if you are coming. It will save Vicki a phone call.

Don't forget to send in dues ($20) payable to WNYSGA and mail to our Treasurer Kim Fecher at 91 E.Somerset Ave Tonawanda NY 14150, This pays for golf prizes, goodie bags, and deposits for outings as well as annual parties

Your chair people have worked hard to put together some dates for golf events and now it's up to you to participate. The club has spent your dues to reserve x number of spots at the courses shown. Please send your money to Kim to hold your spot for the event. If you only want to come for the dining part, that's fine but we need to know. It's your club and only you can make it great. If you are a non-member the cost is $5.00 more for the golfing event.
